Top-placing players in Great Ball League events can get a priority registration and a Round 1 Bye for the Ultra Ball League.
* The Ultra Ball League Priority Registration + Round 1 Byes earned through Great Ball League events only apply to events within the same Season. For example, top-placing players in a Great Ball League event during Season 2 get a Priority Registration and Round 1 Bye for an Ultra Ball League in Season 2. Invites can't cross over from a Season to another.

Qualify for the World Championships
Players qualify for Worlds by earning League Points at events throughout the Championship Series. In the 2025–2026 series, a set number of players from each age category will receive an invitation to the World Championships based on their League Points leaderboard standings, which can be checked on your My Page on the Pokémon Trading Card Game Trainers Website.
What is the Best Finish Limit system?
With the Best Finish Limit system, only the 8 events that gave you the most LP during the Series count towards your total score.

Asia Championship Series Events
Entry is open to everyone for all events.
Any resident may apply to participate. If the number of applicants exceeds the event’s capacity, participants will be selected through a lottery system.
About Age Categories
In the Pokémon Trading Card Game, your category is determined by your date of birth. There are three age categories: Junior, Senior, and Masters.
In addition, there is an "All Ages" category, where players of all ages can apply and play together.

What's a Worlds Invite?
The Pokémon World Championships are a prestigious invitational tournament. Only players who have received an invitation to the Pokémon World Championships ("Worlds Invite") can enter that competition.

What's a Travel Award?
Players who earn a Travel Award will have their flight and accommodation for the Pokémon World Championships paid for by The Pokémon Company. Additional details on Travel Awards will be sent to qualifying players.

What's priority registration?
Players who have earned priority registration to an event are guaranteed a spot in that event, disregarding the lottery system.

What's a Round 1 Bye?
A player with a Round 1 Bye automatically advances to Round 2 without having to play in Round 1, which automatically counts as a win.

What's the lottery system?
Event registration may use a lottery system depending on the number of applicants and event capacity. Entered players will receive their registration lottery results via their Pokémon Trading Card Game Trainers Website account, where they can check their registration status.
