About Registration
Each competition requires that you register in advance, and that you register your Battle Team in-game as a public Rental Team.
Please make sure to check the details and notes on the competition information page before you register for a competition.
Registration Process
Competition registration will be done through Google Forms. Make sure you submit the necessary information before the deadline. Players who miss the deadline won't be able to participate.
Important information regarding Registration
・Registration will be done through two separate Google Forms: one to verify e-mail addresses, and a second one to submit all necessary information to enter the competition.
・Your “Location and Age” settings in Battle Stadium will determine which region and age category you will be competing in.
・ Only one user per Nintendo Account may participate. If you are playing both Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games on a single Nintendo Account, please only use either of them to enter the competition. The Master Ball League invite and Round 1 Bye awarded to Premium Ball League top performing players is limited to one per Nintendo Account. Likewise, the Pokémon Worlds invite awarded to Master Ball League top performing players is also limited to one per Nintendo Account.
Additionally, please note that entering the competition with multiple Nintendo Accounts would be considered an infringement of the fairness of the competition, and that any player caught doing so will receive a penalty.
・While your battle team should be registered in-game as a public Battle Team, make sure you don’t actually share your Rental Team ID with anyone before the end of the competition. If the same Rental Team ID is submitted multiple times, it will be considered as a duplicate submission and will mean a disqualification from the competition.
・Only players residing in Malaysia may participate.
・The information you submitted through the Google Form, your in-game settings, and your personnal information must all match. If there is any discrepancy, you would be immediately disqualified.
Please have the following documents with you:
- Personal Identification document (Document with full name and picture)
- Proof of residence (Document with full name and address)
* Documents fulfilling the above conditions and officially issued by a public institution are preferable. For any other documents, the event organiser reserves the right to decide whether or not they fulfill the conditions.
